Refunds / Exchanges

Please purchase at your own discretion. 

Amaranthine Reiki Healing will refund you if the cancellation is on our part due to technical error or emergency. However, all sales are considered full and final.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Readings| Follow-Up | Add-Ons are considered part of a custom energetic service and are non-refundable once your original reading has been delivered, even if unused. If you're unsure, you may purchase the follow-up separately within 48 hours of your session.

Amaranthine Reiki Healing Mystics Emporium will refund you, offer an exchange, or apply store credit if you find that you are unsatisfied with your mystical purchases.

Purchases must be returned within a 14-day period. If you are wanting to exchange for store credit, free return shipping labels will be provided. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Finally, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has abused our booking system, repetitively cancels, and/or if we feel that this service will not benefit certain clients, we are here to help those that will take our services seriously.
